Welcome to This Corinthian Night!

This Corinthian Night is my first attempt at a full-fledged novel. I suppose it could be categorized as modern fiction/fantasy, as it deals with modern day people yet has its roots in Greek Mythology.

My name is C.L. Stegall and I fancy myself a writer.

Here at TCN I will share any thoughts, progress, roadblocks, failures and successes encountered during the writing of my first novel. I feel that this will be a way to allow other current and future writers to see inside the process of another writer's efforts.

My goals is very simple: write the novel, edit the novel, get the novel published.

As simple as that sounds, only about three percent of manuscripts hitting publishers' desks ever see traditional print. (That may be a little off, but not by much.) This, of course, makes for a very difficult road ahead of me. It seems only natural that, as a writer, I share the joys and pains that I might (will) encounter on this road.

I hope to provide some entertainment for the readers along the way, but how can I guarantee something like that? I mean, are you entertained right now? If so, then buckle up, folks, there's a whole lot more where that came from!

Random Quote

Just a taste of This Corinthian Night.
